Former Dowinn Group executive Lorraine Koo joins LET Group’s Manila integrated resort

Former Dowinn Group executive Lorraine Koo has joined LET Group’s new Westside City integrated resort project in Manila’s Entertainment City.
According to details posted on her LinkedIn account, Koo is now Chief Marketing Officer of what is dubbed LET X Integrated Resort – the US$1.1 billion casino and hotel project currently slated to open in early 2025.
Inside Asian Gaming understands that Monday was her first day with the company.

Koo was until recently Corporate Chief Operating Officer for Dowinn Group, the Philippines-based junket operator that last month suddenly ceased all activity across its casino and VIP Club operations.
The company blamed reports in some Korean media outlets for the closure, describing them as “unjust external attacks and slander” but promising it would reopen on 24 June. When this failed to materialize, Dowinn Group said it had rescheduled its reopening to 17 July.
Koo’s career in gaming began as a host with Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands in 2010 and has since seen her spend time with Galaxy Entertainment Group and THE 13 in Macau, Solaire Resort & Casino in Manila as well as former Macau junket Meg-Star International.
